Customers may request deletion of their Mobile Ayeyarwaddy account and associated personal information by following the process below.
Deletion Process
- Submit a deletion request.
- AYARBIZ COMPANY LIMITED verifies account ownership.
- The request is reviewed.
- Eligible account data is deleted or anonymized.
- A confirmation is sent where contact information is available.
Important Notes
Deleting the app from a phone does not delete the customer account. Some information may be retained where required for accounting, fraud prevention, warranty administration, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or security.
